Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time: We make and pack everything in small batches, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Carrier & rates: Orders ship via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Delivery: Once your order ships, delivery time depends on USPS and your location. We'll send tracking info when it's on the way.
Broken or damaged in transit: Our jars are glass, and once in a while one doesn't survive the trip. If any jars arrive broken or damaged, email salsaalarita@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of each broken jar. For each one, you choose: we'll reimburse you for that jar (product price, not shipping) or send a replacement at no charge. There's nothing to ship back. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
